Founded in 2002 by Kelley Stewart & Alan Gould, Gen-x it Ltd has emerged as a leading independent distributor known for its focus on the networking & UNIX arenas. Kelley & Alan have strong IT sales backgrounds and they are justly proud of the excellent team they’ve built in Gen-x it Ltd over the last five years. The highly motivated Gen-x team is characterised by its professionalism, determination and integrity.

In this highly competitive and difficult market, customers expect great prices and availability and Gen-x it Ltd more than delivers in these areas. However, Gen-x it Ltd goes above and beyond great price and availability as we are committed to providing the highest levels of customer service. This first class customer service includes keeping our customers fully informed as to the progress of their orders even when the news is not good. By being proactive in this way, our customers are able to keep their customers fully updated which can make all the difference when it comes to repeat business. Helping our customers keep their promises is our highest priority.

The success of the last five years has allowed Gen-x it Ltd to grow to such an extent that in January 2007 the business relocated to its own 10,500 ft² (975 m²) building. This new location provides Gen-x it Ltd with the space to facilitate further growth and as such we are actively looking to add new products and services to our portfolio which will enable us to be of increased value to our customers.

Gen-x it Ltd has enjoyed a successful first five years in business and the future looks even more promising due in no small part to the highly motivated and dynamic Gen-x team. This fantastic team exists to provide our customers with the products they need, at the right price, at the right place, at the right time and always with the highest levels of customer service.
