LAS VEGAS, NV, APRIL 26, 2010—Coyote Point Systems Inc., the leading provider of application delivery and acceleration solutions for the Small to Mid Enterprise, announced today at Interop Las Vegas the release of VLB Private Cloud Edition^TM (VLB PCE^TM), providing IT managers with a tool to automate the dynamic provisioning of both physical and virtual resources in the data center. As more companies look to the cloud as a way to conserve costs, VLB PCE^TMf adds a new level of control by providing a solution that automates the provisioning and de-provisioning of resources utilizing two-way intelligence. Unlike other application aware devices that simply react to the virtual environment, VLB PCE^TM uses customized variables to proactively manage the mixed virtual and physical environments within the existing data center.

Private Clouds have emerged as a way for companies to take full advantage of the benefits of the cloud without the risk of sensitive data co-mingling with tenants in other environments. VLB PCETM is available for purchase as of June 1, 2010. It comes standard on the Equalizer E650GX and is an optional software module on the Equalizer E350GX and 450GX.
